Straight Outta Supertest: Accuracy Nerf

Impressive, some improvements should be made. Super fun, great strategy involved, however there are some very rude players that cant handle defeat. Also, the matchmaking system often makes teams quite unfair, making one team almost guaranteed to win, while the other has almost no chance to win. Overall, the graphics are pretty good for a mobile game, and over time they are very much improving. I really like how the graphics are adjustable so that even weaker devices can handle this game. Since this game has started, the amount of available tanks has increased by a HUGE amount, and some balances and improvements have been made to tanks to make this game fair.

Battle Mechanics. Jump to: But we wanted to know rate of fire, i.e. the average amount of shells the tank can shoot every minute. We know the tank takes s to load and fire the first of four shells and then fires the remaining 3 shells with a s delay between each shot. This metric tends to better reflect the nature of WoT combat.

It was about So, I watched a lot of videos, took some advice, and got a lot better. So, there’s some evidence that I have improved and I’m positively contributing to my team. Furthermore, I NEVER run out and get killed immediately, never contributing to the squash matches that happen so often. I also refuse to camp, which probably hurts at times–I get into a position where I can fight, but take cover. So, at this point, I’m pretty confident that I’m not a bad player. Not saying I’m good compared to many of you, but I make a positive contribution.

So, what’s disheartening is that I don’t get wins to match my improvement. Statistically, what has happened is more than improbable–it’s a statistical anomaly. For me to keep a 48 or higher winrate sucks, I know while playing awfully, then actually start losing more much more as I play much better just doesn’t make sense. In the last couple weeks, I tried to track the matches to see what’s going on. While those matches are still winnable, they often degenerate quickly.

May 24,  · It’s crazy how many people still don’t understand that a 50% win rate means the matchmaking is good, not bad. If you are winning/losing half of your matches then it’s doing it’s job. It’s not assistance, it’s you getting put up against people your own skill level, which is the entire point.

At work in a deep wet hole, he had recklessly omitted to slab the walls of a drive; uprights and tailors yielded under the lateral pressure, and the rotten earth collapsed, bringing down the roof in its train. The digger fell forward on his face, his ribs jammed across his pick, his arms pinned to his sides, nose and mouth pressed into the sticky mud as into a mask; and over his defenceless body, with a roar that burst his ear-drums, broke stupendous masses of earth. His mates at the windlass went staggering back from the belch of violently discharged air: Their shouts drawing no response, the younger and nimbler of the two—he was a mere boy, for all his amazing growth of beard—put his foot in the bucket and went down on the rope, kicking off the sides of the shaft with his free foot.

A group of diggers, gathering round the pit-head, waited for the tug at the rope. It was quick in coming; and the lad was hauled to the surface. The crowd melted with a “Poor Bill—God rest his soul! Such accidents were not infrequent; each man might thank his stars it was not he who lay cooling down below. And so, since no more washdirt would be raised from this hole, the party that worked it made off for the nearest grog-shop, to wet their throats to the memory of the dead, and to discuss future plans.

On hearing his mate’s report he had sunk heavily down on a log, and there he sat, a pannikin of raw spirit in his hand, the tears coursing ruts down cheeks scabby with yellow mud, his eyes glassy as marbles with those that had still to fall. He wept, not for the dead man, but for himself.

The improved matchmaker builds two teams with several key criteria in mind: Comparable in their aggregate combat parameters. Diverse in vehicle types and versatile enough to provide an engaging gaming experience. Balanced in a way that gives both sides a chance at victory. The variant you land depends on the queue composition, but whichever you get, there will be no battles where vehicles in the middle are outnumbered by those at the top. There will always be:

The best of the scripts provided Tony Hancock with a brilliant foil for his comic genius. Yet to assume they are all perfection would be too hopeful- quite often the shows are almost as humdrum as the very best of their contemporaries, however when at the peak of excellence, they are unsurpassable even today. So where exactly did Hancock’s once eagerly anticipated ATV series go wrong?

The stories were built around the same old Tony Hancock, he had the same mannerisms, the same slightly bigoted attitudes. Was it the absence of Sid James? Certainly that was one failing, but more importantly, Hancock is clearly suffering from a lack of confidence. And who can blame him once he had first seen those scripts? Yes the missing ingredient is Galton and Simpson, those ace scriptwriters. Twenty years earlier Laurel and Hardy, the greatest comedy duo had seen their film career collapse, when writers insisted on merely recreating their old gags.

And so here, this is sub Hancock, the same Hancock washed up again, but never in quite the right mixture as before, and never with any inventiveness.

Thoughts on Matchmaking and Win Rate

M26 Pershing Posted By: Like most American tanks the M26 has excellent gun depression combined with a strong turret front. It also is fairly large for a medium tank and slower than most tier 8 medium tanks. On the move accuracy with a vertical stabilizer is also above average. One slight knock against the Pershing is a below average damage per minute value. While the DPM is a smidgen lower than some other tier 8 mediums it still gets the job done.

It is always easier to blame the external circumstances than to work on oneself. I’m not playing WoT anymore, please send your wishes and bug reports.

They share nearly identical concealment ratings, maneuverability statistics, guns, and health. The two ships are extremely similar, but Asashio plays completely differently due to her unique torpedo armaments, and by having the Torpedo Reload Booster occupying a separate consumable slot as with Akizuki. Technically speaking, Asashio is the stealthiest destroyer in her matchmaking spread, having a slightly smaller air detection radius than Kagero and HSF Harekaze.

This allows her to control vision and spotting ranges exceedingly well, utilizing her stealth as another layer of armor against enemy vessels. It’s her torpedoes which make her truly unique:

There are two primary takeaways from this: The swings in 7-Day WR were not a surprise when I first saw them. In fact, as the unofficial stat keeper for the Triarii I can tell you that virtually everyone experiences these to some extent. The big surprise to me was the flat trendline: The most recent 15 weeks? I have clearly found my ceiling for win rate – and unless I can find some way of improving my play like dying less often and doing more damage this is where I will happily remain.

Matchmaking is random, but that randomness only appears when viewed from the right perspective. There are clearly forces at work larger than myself that I cannot control. As a tanker who is much wiser than me has pointed out – finding the nirvana in win rate and match making is about acceptance. Whatever these particular forces are that cause my weekly win rate to vary so much, I have learned to take solace in the acceptance of this variability.
